上海廢舊電瓶回收:如何(he)檢測(ce)電瓶的好壞
打開電池(chi)盒蓋,檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)要維修的電池(chi),不要燙傷連接線(xian)。在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)(jian)驗主(zhu)要包括(kuo)以下檢(jian)(jian)驗內容:
1.數(shu)字(zi)萬用表的(de)量(liang)程設置為20V DC,測(ce)量(liang)單節(jie)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)空載端電(dian)壓,一般(ban)應在12V以(yi)上。
如果電(dian)壓在10.5V左右,說明這(zhe)個電(dian)池有(you)短路(lu)的(de)可(ke)能;
如(ru)果端電壓超(chao)過(guo)13.4V,說明電池失水嚴(yan)重,甚至發生硫化;
雖然有些電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)端電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不(bu)超過13.4V,但可能會(hui)有嚴(yan)重的(de)失水。這(zhe)是因為(wei)12V電(dian)(dian)池(chi)由6個(ge)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組成,其中(zhong)5個(ge)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)失水嚴(yan)重,但一個(ge)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)有其他問題,所以總開(kai)路電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不(bu)會(hui)高于13.2V
2.用12V100W的汽車(che)燈(deng)泡或(huo)24V300W的鹵(lu)素燈(deng)泡給單節電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),同時測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。
如果電池電壓(ya)下降緩(huan)慢且(qie)不(bu)深(shen),說明修復(fu)的(de)可能性很(hen)高;
如(ru)果突然出現2V以上的電壓(ya)降,說(shuo)明有反向(xiang)單體電池(chi);
3.串聯放(fang)電燈泡,并聯萬(wan)用表,給電池(chi)組放(fang)電(以36V電池(chi)組為例)。
通(tong)常(chang)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)待修電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)只有(you)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)損壞嚴(yan)重,稱為落(luo)后(hou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降到34V以(yi)下,如果電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓像流水一(yi)(yi)樣下降,就可(ke)(ke)以(yi)判(pan)斷有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在(zai)后(hou)面(mian),這(zhe)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)里(li)面(mian)一(yi)(yi)定有(you)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)落(luo)后(hou)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。測(ce)(ce)量單個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,找出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓反向的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。也(ye)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)用快速電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量檢測(ce)(ce)器測(ce)(ce)量單個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),找出(chu)落(luo)后(hou)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),先修理(li)落(luo)后(hou)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。
4.用萬用表,電池端(duan)電壓達到(dao)12V甚至更(geng)高,但燈泡(pao)放電時,燈泡(pao)根本不亮。
用魚夾(jia)(jia)線的一(yi)端(duan)夾(jia)(jia)住正(zheng)極,用另一(yi)端(duan)劃傷負(fu)極接線片。如果沒有(you)火花,可(ke)以判斷電池開路(lu);
如(ru)果用(yong)電(dian)(dian)池快(kuai)速容量(liang)檢測儀(yi)測量(liang),會(hui)發(fa)現指針停留在左邊紅色區(qu)域(yu),很有可能是單個電(dian)(dian)池開路;
在(zai)另一(yi)(yi)種情況下(xia),由于(yu)酸腐(fu)蝕,一(yi)(yi)些質量差(cha)的電(dian)池(chi)會在(zai)極耳下(xia)面的極板組(zu)的引(yin)出端形成紡(fang)錘(chui)形。電(dian)池(chi)有時(shi)(shi)處于(yu)半開(kai)半閉狀態,有時(shi)(shi)處于(yu)開(kai)路(lu)狀態。充電(dian)時(shi)(shi)會在(zai)拉環(huan)所在(zai)的角(jiao)落發(fa)熱,或(huo)者開(kai)路(lu)時(shi)(shi)不(bu)充電(dian);
5.電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的端電(dian)壓在0V左右,通常意(yi)味(wei)著電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)時間(jian)較長。由于(yu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)自放(fang)(fang)電(dian)和極板(ban)硫化(hua),電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容量完全喪失,導致(zhi)嚴重的不可逆硫化(hua)。
這種失效(xiao)模式往(wang)往(wang)和開路(lu)電(dian)池(chi)很像,尤(you)其(qi)是完全開路(lu)的(de)電(dian)池(chi),端電(dian)壓在0V左(zuo)右,要區分。
